Welcome to Ray! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ray mobile application ("the App" or "Ray"). By accessing or using Ray, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the App

Ray is a platform where users can join the community voice by sharing daily affirmations out loud and hearing the voice of the community saying the same affirmations at the same time. Here is how Ray works:

• Recording Affirmations: Users press and hold a record button, and an affirmation appears. Users vocalize and record the displayed affirmation aloud. When an affirmation is read out loud, users hear the voices of others sharing the same affirmation, creating the power of the community voice.

• Content Contribution: Ray reserves the right to save users' recordings of affirmations and share them with other users. By using Ray, you agree to allow your recordings to be shared with other users.

3. Copyright Infringement Reporting

If you believe that any content on Ray violates your copyright or the copyright of someone you represent, please follow the procedure outlined below to report alleged copyright infringements.

• 4. Include a statement indicating that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized.

• 5. Include a statement confirming that the information provided in your notice is accurate.

• 6. Include your electronic or physical signature.

7. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration and Governing Law

Any disputes arising between users or between users and Ray shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Delaware in the United States. Users agree to waive their right to a trial by jury and to participate in class-action lawsuits. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Ray reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice to you. You may also terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your Ray account. If you violate any provision of these Terms or our Community Guidelines, your authorization to access our platform terminates automatically.

We may revise these Terms from time to time, and the most current version will always be available on our website and via our apps. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes to these Terms. Your continued use of Ray after the changes come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
